Hi, this is my first build and i just wanted to know if this will be good and compatible. note: I know that the motherboard has a 3.0USB and the case does not but i think it will still be ok. Also im going with the AMDfx6300 black edition (if that makes any difference). And lastly this is a budget build.

Thanks in advance...

Seems like it is ready to go. If you are not planning on a big gpu upgrade or resusing the psu is quite the overkill. For most of the cards out there a 550w is more than enough, for the 750ti a complete overkill. So if you are taking opinions i would suggest to save some money by bringing down the wattage and using the cash for a bigger ssd.

This would give you far better gaming performance-

R u sure the PSU is reliable. And i would like fast boot time so is it possible to add a ssd later and put the OS on that instead?

The XFX is made by Seasonic and is very good quality. Power use for the build I posted is only around 250 watts so the 430 has plenty of power to spare. An SSD becomes a luxury in a lower budget build and the money is better spent on a more powerful CPU & GPU for gaming performance.
