I am thinking of building a Custom Built Gaming PC to buy then sell. Could I make any money off of it and how much? Should I include a copy of Microsoft Windows with it or not? Here are the specs.

Intel Core i5-4590 Haswell Quad-Core 3.3 GHz LGA 1150 84W BX80646I54590 Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600 (Model:BX80646I54590)

RAIDMAX Viper II ATX-A07WBU Black/Blue Steel / Plastic ATX Tower Computer Case (Model:ATX-A07WBU)

EVGA GeForce GTX 950 DirectX 12 02G-P4-1950-KR 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card (Model:02G-P4-1950-KR)

Klevv FIT Faker Edition 16GB (2 x 4GB, 1 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model KM3F4GX2C-1600-09-09-09-24-S (Model:KM3F4GX2C-1600-09-09)

ADATA Premier SP550 2.5" 240GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) ASP550SS3-240GM-C (Model:ASP550SS3-240GM-C)

Rosewill ARC-450, ARC Series 450W Power Supply, 80 PLUS Bronze Certified, Single +12V Rail, Intel 4th Gen CPU Ready (Model:ARC 450)

The total cost of everything is about $590. Also the computer would be New.

Solution
If you find a buyer BEFORE you build it then you might make money. Custom assembly. If you build it and try to sell it you will recover 50% to 80% of your cost, e.g. you will sell for less than you paid for parts. See ebay to confirm. Good luck.

It'd be better if you used more cost effective components. You can easily get quad core Xeon CPUs with Hyperthreading off ebay for less than $10. Why spend hundreds on an i5 that doesn't even come with hyper-threading?
