Memory compatibility DDR3

I currently have this RAM, http://secure1.ncix.com/products/?sku=59431
2x4GB (1600) CL9
and i was thinking about buying
either this one
http://www.ncix.com/detail/kingston-hyperx-fury-memory-black-5e-95971-1516.htm
or the 8GB version of it. 1866 or 1600.
My question is, the current set i have is CL9, the new Kingston one is CL10. Are they compatible? If not, should i just buy the 16GB kit and remove my old 8GB kit?

There are no guarantees when mixing packages of DRAM - even a set of the same identical model you already have, it's a 50/50 crapshoot

It either simply won't boot, or it might, and either run fine, or you'll get BSODs etc
