Asus cputin temp readings on hwmonitor

Solution
The maximum load could have increased it to 71c and then brought it down. This could be caused by some sort of Fan controller only kicking in at the end when the CPU get hot!

Just make sure that the Current temp as not over 75C and you will be fine, of they do then you might want to consider re-applying thermal compound correctly (I use the RICE method or pea).

Your CPU load seems to be fine and is running safe. Just keep an eye on temp in the future.

Hope this helped !
