PC R9 380 + EVGA 500w 80+?

Hi everyone, I'm asking another question in this forum. So a few days ago i asked for suggestions for a GPU and got a R9 380 2GB with a PSU of 550w and 80+ bronze (good btw). But then i tried to search for cheaper deals and got with:
A PowerColor R9 380 4GB for 189.99 (almost as the other 2 GB) and a EVGA 500W 80+ PSU, I tried replicating my PC and got 343 watts of use in total with everything of the PC. Added this PSU and didn't get any compatibility problems or wattage problems. Is this true? Could I install that PSU?

EVGA 500w is really bad any way you want to look at it. Don't overlook the qualirty of the unit as it can kill your entire system...

What kind of tier it is? 3 or 4? I'm a bit confused in which this model should be, if it is tier 3 I don't really use any OC or water cooling. Just a i3 3220, b75m r2.0, a Kingston FuryX 4GB & Kingston 4 GB, 1 TB HDD and the stock CPU cooler, is it really that bad?

EVGA 500w is really bad any way you want to look at it. Don't overlook the qualirty of the unit as it can kill your entire system.

Isn't there really any good PSU for less than 50 USD to power that?

Unfortunately not that I could find. Everything under $50 is just plain bad.

If you want any cheaper than that you could get this EVGA unit with a mail-in rebate bringing it down to $45. It is a high quality unit that I myself use and the 750W leaves you lots of room for a better card later and overclocking.

Is there any difference between the non modular and the modular apart from the removable cables? Or is it the same?
