Hey guys, since I last formatted my computer, I got this very weird scrolling issue! It wasn't there before the format but I'm still unable to solve!
When I'm scrolling let's say on facebook, the scrolling will have lag spikes distracting me from the natural flow of a scroll! I tried that on youtube and it is the same thing. I created a text document and it still does it there as well! Like my computer is somehow lagging for a second but only on vertical scroll even tho the mouse pointer's speed is always as should! It's too high end to lag on normal browsing anyway. I changed the speed of the mouse scroll, but it just made my scrolling faster and the lag spikes where still there! The only thing I may have done that wasn't done before, was installing the new NVIDIA driver but I don't know if that has anything to do with it!
