I'm building a pc for a friend and would really like to avoid any problems.. I'm wondering if this CPU ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113284 )is compatible with this motherboard ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131872 )
edit: I understand that they have matching socket type (AM3+) and it says that it matches the CPU type (fx) but what I'm worried about is if the chipset matches? From what I understand the FX-8350 uses 990FX chipset and that mobo uses 970 + SB950
