The power supply isn't a very good quality one I'd recommend an EVGA 650w G2 or any Tier 1 or Tier 2 PSU from here.
The ram is fine.
I'd also recommending swapping that HDD out with this one.
Don't listen to the tea urchin guy, if you like that case, you want it, and it suits all your needs then go for it! Case pretty much all depends on if you like it and you can fit all your parts in it.
