My Msi 960 Cant run enough?

Help why my 960 cant run properly ? my monitor is only 1400 x 900 but in nba2k16,watchdog,dyinglight cant do high setting. pls help me.
my spec is i3 4160 + 8gb ram + 450psu corsair windows 7 64bit.

Did you uninstall the old drivers completely before installing your new drivers?

If not download a program called DDU (Display Driver Uninstall), follow the instructions on how to use it. Here is a link to the download page:

DDU Download Link

Basically you uninstall the old drivers via Programs and Features, then reboot into Safe Mode. Once in Safe Mode, you run DDU and remove all traces of the old driver. Then reboot into normal mode and install your drivers. This should sort out any residual driver stuff from your 750.

what happen sir if i start render test? im gtx750 2gb user then im upgrade to 960 i though im going to play well in high games because i have 900p monitor only but my fps drop in watchdog like 40fps low setting and 40 fps in dying light. is that any wrong for to my 960?its updated graphic driver. im very disappointed i dont know what to do.

a render test will start

your cpu is too weak, that is the reason for the drops to 40 fps
 


I think what he's trying to explain is he is getting lower performance than he was with the 750. Since the CPU hasn't changed, this shouldn't be the case. It may bottleneck some of the improvement that he would get, but it shouldn't diminish performance.
