Hey i am i new here and not an expert in computer can some one help me?

I recently installed Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit on my PC(specs below) but for some reason its not showing the display resolution more that 1280*768 and even when i set it up to 1280*768 few icons at the top are going out of the screen(i mean only bottom half of the icon is visible) and everything on the screen is some what zoomed in(blurry) .I installed driverbooster and installed all the missing drivers and updated all of them still no difference this was the same case in windows 10 as well.I tried changing the resolution, per app resolution.DPI etc but none of them worked I did not face this problem when i was using windows 7.In windows 7 everything was at point sharp and clear.
and now everything looks pix-elated.I like windows 8.1 design(although i hated it at the beginning).

PC specs:
Monitor: 1080p Dell S2240L
CPU:AMD FX-6300 (64 bit)
RAM: 4GB DDR3
Motherboard:Gigabyte GA 78LMTS2PT
Chipse t: 780G
Socket : AM3+ 942
and yeah i don't have a graphic card :(

Thanks in advance .Hope someone can help me!!

Without knowing the PSU the best suggestion is a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487025&cm_re=750ti-_-14-487-025-_-Product, which comes out to just under $100.

If you will never play new games on it, you can try http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127763&cm_re=amd_250-_-14-127-763-_-Product

You could theoretically go lower and get a 730 or AMD 240, but it's not much cheaper than the 250
1) Do NOT make multiple posts of the same question in multiple forums. That's just spamming and won't get you help.
2) You need to install the latest graphics drivers for your system. Given that it's an Radeon 3000 based system though, you will NOT find graphics drivers for anything other than Windows 7
3) Because of 2, you need to install Windows 7 or earlier, Windows 8 and up will NOT work

That thing is absolute garbage though, replacing it with a modern system capable of running Windows 8 or 10 is the best option. You can find them for about $300-500
