My current build is a micro atx case with 16gb of ram, an AMD fx-6300 CPU, a Rosewill 650w PSU, and my current GPU is a GTX670. My budget is around 300 dollars and i am just looking to upgrade it to something nicer and I dont know where to start. I plan on playing games such as Tom Clancy's The Division and fallout. Any help is appreciated, thank you

If you want to see for YOURSELF on those and ANY titles what the demands are, simply go to www.canIrunit.com and it will provide the RECOMMENDED (i.e. what you see on Youtube) hardware, and you can price it out yourself. You are looking at a total computer replacement. Sorry OP but you won't be able to do anything with that little budget.

It isn't just "get a new Video Card" solves issues, but since 2013, games use the CPU or 'cores' to process all the NON-Graphic stuff, like team tactics to your position to outflank you, decision tree maintenance, management of assets as compared to what you don't have, etc. These have nothing to do with a 'Video Card', but based on the CPU, RAM, and Mobo.

Your choices now should be should you keep...

Your choices now should be should you keep reinvesting in a new PC every 3 years or so, or should you go console (PS4) considering your limited budget and it has been over 12 years now and the PS3 is still a NEW titles platform, can't say that for any PC sadly. For your budget, AND you want to play AAA titles, all AAA games are made for console FIRST these days, then ported to PC. They have to meet the console's specs, which means you always know and get the BEST playability the console can give. PC it all depends on how much in HARDWARE you spend and keep respending, determines game quality / capability.

A PS4 can be had for your $300, AND can play those titles at least at 30FPS, and ALOT of titles at 60FPS, HIGH Settings, your computer isn't even capable of LOW setting much less anything more then 10FPS or lower (sorry is truth with those 2013+ titles).
