going to use it with i5 6600k.

what is your opinion on this AIO cooler ?

For a single AIO they stack up side by side with pretty much any 120mm AIO out there to date. It's been in the market for quiet a while so my recommendation would be to pick it up if the price is significantly lower. If they cost the same as they were at launch then that gives you grounds for buying something that is current gen like an H80i v2 or the likes.

On that note, might I ask what your system's specs are? It's also possible that you can accomplish the same feat(cooling) on an air cooler and will cost you nearly half int eh process.

IMHO, you can do without AIO especially if you're situated in the Asian subcontinent. If you want to go watercooling then it's best you delve into custom level watercooling but then again it won't...
