so i had a simple nice computer. AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.68 GHz processor. not bad. pretty decent. 4 gbs of ram. not bad at all. the previous video card i had was an AMD HD Radeon 5450. I think you can agree that it is dooky. so i did a upgrade. got me a Sapphire NITRO Radeon R9 380 (link here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202166 ) but yeah. i plug it all in and install the drivers from the amd website and im not really seeing much of an increase in my performance. it goes up a few frames but im just not really seeing anything different. what do i do?
