Why can't I run Black Ops 3 ?

Hey, i am having an issue with playing Black Ops 3 , actually this is the first game i just downloaded , but right afterward the game starts itself, it get's so laggy, inspite i've taken all specs of my gpu as low as possible. I can't even start playing because it freezes for seconds in the beginning screen or whatever it is( it's not stuck on black screen, it get's over it)
I've just built my new pc with the following specs, but as i've read, it should run black ops 3..
8 gb rams, 1866mhz, kingston hyperx fury black
AMD FX - 6300 Black edition
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 950 OC 2 GB Edition

At 1080p maxed expect 19-50fps. With lows of 19, it will feel terrible.
So, if you have reduced settings (especially AA and textures) you should see at least 50fps minimums and higher averages

use afterburner to monitor usage throhgout - cpu and gpu.

Test with a benchmark like 3DMark and also a few more games. Run Prime95 in stress test mode. Need to see if system locks up in general or if it's the game.

Did you install all the drivers for the system since it's a new build?

Drivers weren't up to date, also had to lower some settings.. Now it's running fine, thank you.
