So I got my new i7-6700k installed on my hero VIII board and hw monitor is showing cores 0,1,2,3 at 23 degrees or less at idle with "package" temp around 25-30 and the Asus software is showing 30+ idle on pretty much all cores. Even shows a core here and there at 0mhz as it is cycling through the cores showing you their usage and speeds. What gives? Is the Asus dual intelligent software garbage or is hwmonitor being retarded?
