Im thinking of purchasing this i7 online for 3 k ( Rand) but i want to know if its good for a gamer like me, i haven't played on pc but only on laptop, i had a i5 5200U, but i just want to know if i could be able to play a game like: world of tanks or arma 3 on medium settings?
is the i7 4770 k good for gaming even though is doesnt have a graphics card

No. You need a dedicated gpu for those kind of games.
Id suggest spending less on an i5 (or even i3) and a gpu like a gtx 960.

You either need a graphics card or a Broadwell processor/high-end APU if you want to game without buying a separate one.
