What are healthy temperatures for an Intel Core Duo Q9505 @2.83 GHz?

I've recently changed my CPU from a dual core E2160 to a quad core Q9505 (using the E2160 heatsink, in case they're not the same).
Temps incresead a lot and I'd like to know if those below are conditions which won't damage/reduce durabilty at all.

Idle: 40-50 °C
Under heavy load: 70-85 °C

In case they aren't, what would be nice temperatures?
My current CPU fan is a NX-01IT, worth currently 8-12€ (http://www.nilox.com/it/Componenti/nx-01it-03nx029825001)
Would a better fan get temperatures below enough?

No overclocks has been done.

Thanls in advance : ))

Got it, so you have about 96mm above your cpu cooler which is 75mm high. So you have theoretically clearance for coolers up to 170 mm. I would say go with the Coolermaster Hyperx 212 Evo. It is the most common cooler and it cools very well. Can you just tell me what CPU you have so we can be sure it will fit?

BTW these temps are not horrible, and 70-85 is a pretty wide range. If they remain over 80 for a long time then that's not very good, but if they are usually 75 and below when stressed that's not that horrible.

Oh ye it seems to fit.
Are there some cheaper alternatives (around 15-25 €) which do their job?
Or what about fans/heatsinks with the same saze of my model?

(Thanks for your being patient :^))
