They're so similar.

Go for the cheaper one, Gigabyte.

Only difference is Gigabyte supports up to 3466Mhz ram and the MSI supports up to 3600Mhz. Tiny difference.
And that's only if you overclock them, if you leave them stock standard, Gigabyte is slightly better. (supports higher frequency ram)
