That machine will 1080p 60fps almost any game (excluding certain titles such as the Witcher 3). Compared to the 30fps 900p the Xbone does most of the time. Winning.

That is a decent build. Is this store based in Stoke on Trent? If so they have a decent reputation. My PC is very similar except I have a GTX 970 and the I5 4460 runs perfectly with the superior GPU so you will have no trouble with CPU bottlenecking. Make sure you get a decent PSU though, at least tier 3 with 80+ certification.

It'll do 1080p60 most games with reduced setting. But yes more powerful than consoles. As for a 970....in the UK new they are about £250....only way cheaper is used

okay and as this is my first computer is there anything i should know about when i first turn it on, like after iv installed the os will it be ready to go or is there other stuff i have to download first ?

You may have a problem with drivers, specificly the network driver although if you have a motherboard disk that should not be a problem. If the network driver is installed and working you will be able to download other drivers as nescesary.

What Windows do you have installed? These games are optimized for Windows 7, so if you have any newer OS you need to run them in compatibility mode.

Why 32 bit? There are so many disadvantages to 32 bit, the least of which being you can only use 4 out of your 8 GB of RAM with Windows 7 32 bit. Is there a reason you have the 32 bit version installed? Either way you still didn't tell me if there are any other games that do work on your PC.

oh it came with 32 bit windows and is that the reason why it stops working ? and i havnt tried any other games

That is because you are using Windows 7 32 bit. You can only use up to 4 GB of RAM in the 32 bit version, and your CPU also requires an instruction set of 64 bits. You should install a 64 bit OS.

If you want, you can install Windows 10 for free, and then install the 64 bit version of it https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
However I am not sure you want to upgrade to Windows 10.

And if you have your Windows Installtion disk you can just reinstall Windows 7 64 bit
