So i created this problem for myself lately when i deleted ntuser.dat using unlocker for my user account ( i thought it was a virus at that time ) (happened a week ago) and my whole pc went bust and back to factory settings and my account became a temporarily account and now every time i restart my pc it says
"preparing your desktop"
and my account became a temporarily account or at least i get the message that says so

And now when i want to create a new user account and delete the old one i corrupted i cant log on with it

i mean i go through the procedure of creating the new user account but when i log off and log back on to select it its NOT there

its there any fix for the problem i created to myself or will i need to re-install windows all over again???????

That ntuser.dat file is the registry for the user account. Because that file contains many settings specific to your computer and user account, you can't just copy it from another computer.

Boot of the Windows 7 setup or recovery disk and do a Repair Setup of Windows. That may help you.

Make sure you don't go around deleting files before researching what they are first, that's often what causes issues instead of fixing them.

It may, but it would be the same thing as installing Windows 7 clean. Make sure you copy your account files from the hard drive directly before running the Windows 10 setup to make sure it does not remove anything due to not being able to read the user accounts properly.
