My Be-Quiet Pure Wings sound too much

I have a Be-Quiet Silent Base 800 chassi, which uses a Be-Quiet Pure Wings 120mm fan in the rear as exhaust, and 2 Be-Quiet Pure Wings 140mm fans in the front as intake.

Now, I'm really happy with the chassi itself, but the fans are like ringing a little bit or something, and it feels like they're not supposed to sound that way (they're only spinning at 400-700 RPM, and increasing the RPM barely makes any change).
They're supposed to be really quiet, and it makes me wonder if maybe there's an issue with them.
What's interesting is that as soon as I click to turn them off the ringing stops, despite the fans still spinning for a few seconds until they eventually stop.

So what things can I check to see if they're working properly, to make sure they're not poorly mounted in or something?

If I can't manage making the ringing stop, I'll order better fans and use those instead.

I'm starting to wonder if it's the motor that is sounding due to the fact that the ringing stops immediately when I turn off the fans, rather than slowly fading out as the fan slows down. And according to Linus at the NCIX when he tested them you shouldn't be able to hear the motor until you almost put your ear right against to the middle where the motor fan is located.

Normally I would believe I've simply gotten a bad fan and ask for a replacement, but as all 3 of them are ringing and as I seem to not be the only one complaining about this, I suppose that Be-Quiet fans isn't as good as they seem, at least not these (love the chassi though).
Also they seem to simply sound too loud overall.

I don't think I'll go with any Be-Quiet fans anymore, I could get the Silent Wings as they seem very quite, but they seem to be very weak in pushing the airflow, I could get the fans I'm planning on getting and I'd only have to use <500 RPM or so to get to the same airflow as the Be-Quiet ones have at 700 RPM, and at that RPM the fans I'm considering buying is dead silent. They eventually get audible ones they go up in the high RPM but they all do at that level.

I'm considering getting 2x Phanteks PH-F140SP in the front as intake (good static pressure), and one Noctua NF-S12A PWM as an exhaust in the rear.

You can see the testings of them here:

What do you think of these?

So I opened up the computer and took a look in it in case I could find any vibrations... but I'm just getting confused now...

If you take out the fans and hold them in your hand while they're still on, the ringing disappears, so it's probably not the engine or something that is sounding at least.
But there's more than that - when they're mounted in, they ring with different levels depended on how hard they're mounted in (changing randomly), ecpecially if i take the screwdriver and push it a bit against one of the screws, then the difference is more obvious (on one of the fans the ringing almost disappeared completely).

It didn't work neither when I tried to push the fan unit against the chassi using my hand, nor when I pushed against the chassi with my hands all over the place, but on the inside and on the outside.
I also tried mildly pushing the CPU fan gently in case it was the motherboard ringing. I also tried pushing mildly on the heatsink of the GPU, as well as putting my hand on the HDD, as well as pushing the HDD cages and so on.
However, nothing of this worked.

Though when I held the fans in my hand, I notied they were slightly vibrating because of the engine, which wasn't audible by itself - but I wonder if it makes the mounting kit to sound?
Because when I pulled out the screws from holes in the chassi and fan unit, I noticed it was ringing with pretty much the same resonance as the ringing sound.
I don't thing the screws themselves are "shaking" as it didn't help by tightening them (except when they were way too loose), but perhaps the mounting kit itself is ringing?

Or I don't know... it just sounds wierd...

They're mounted not with rubber screws, but they have a small rubber blade between the chassi and the screw.
