All,
I am looking for a way to power three different DC devices with just one battery. I can handle the wiring part of it, I am just looking for parts to accomplish this. My best guess is to use a power supply that takes DC input, and distributes a few different DC voltages.

First device is 5A @ 5V. Second device is 7A @ 19.5V. Third device is 5A @ 12V. The output of the battery I am thinking about using is 12.5A @ 14.4V, so I may have to take the second device out of the mix of devices I want to power. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Solution
Hi
Your easiest option would probably be to use an inverter with a car battery.
You have a total load of about 200W.
One of these would supply 5V @ 5A via the USB charger sockets.,the 12 V could come direct from the battery and you could plug your laptop charger (which I assume is the 19.5V) into the high voltage outlet.

Also, they make direct laptop chargers that connect to 12V car battery. You could buy one for $25 that has the right connectors for you laptop then attach directly to the battery. Saves the 14.4v DC --> 120v AC --> 19.5V DC conversions. Here is an example: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=PWR+Car+Charger

...or if you already have a charger that plugs into your aux power outlet in the car, just use this to attach to the battery: http://www.amazon.com/uxcell%C2%AE-Charger-Cigarette-Lighter-Female/dp/B00EZJBELQ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1457392710&sr=8-2&keywords=cigarette+lighter+socket to get a socket you can plug your car laptop charger into.
