You know, the whole point of running prime95 is to check if the processor is stable at a certain frequency and temperature. You are expected to get high temperatures because the processor is running on a heavy load that you won't ever get with normal software.

Since you're running a GPU and an overclocked CPU with only one dual rad those temps seem perfectly normal. Also, what CircuitDaemon said.
