Just upgraded my GPU to a gtx 950 and it worked perfectly fine until I installed the newest drivers from nvidia. It started to immediately BSOD right after install and every time it boots up it BSOD's, problem is I can't go back to a restore point or wipe my system because I don't know the password for my windows 10 login because I've always used a 4 digit pin, so basically I'm locked out of every option that I know of....

Solution
If you have integrated graphics , you should be able to physically remove the 950 & boot to safe mode,
Uninstall the nvidia drivers, replug the card & install the older drivers.

You should have an option to go back to the last restore point when windows updated and this will uninstall the driver. It's an issue with Nvidia's latest drivers that cause an issue during installation if two monitors are hooked up. I had the same issue earlier and had to revert to a restore point.

Problem is I can't restore it, it asks for a password but I never put a password, I've always used the 4 digit pin number. I don't want to wipe the drive because I have slow Internet and a lot of important things on the drive. I can't think of any other options though.

Definitely don't wipe the drive, if you go back to a restore point you should be able to still login with just the pin number. Also it should show you the times you can restore to before you do. The restore point I used was only from a week ago. Windows automatically creates one when it has a "critical" update.

Ok let me go into more detail here. Whenever I boot my pc it loads up windows 10, hit the log in screen and after about 2 seconds of flashing BSOD's, the process repeats about 3 times then brings me to a blue screen that gives me advanced options, like restore from a point, reset the drive etc etc. But any of the options I click on require me to enter a password. I've gone through every password I've ever used for games, emails, and accounts, and I can remember choosing the option when I first set up my pc to use a pin number and not a password. So it's asking me for a password that I don't have. And without that password I can't get into my pc to restore it or anything.

Honestly I can't be of further help if that is the case. I would contact Nvidia's tech support. I have found that in the past they have been extremely helpful. If you are able to get windows 10 into safe mode without logging in you can uninstall the driver but I wasn't able to do so.
