best budget motherboard

whats the best budget motherboard thats compatible with a 1866mhz ram? i'll be pairing it with an i5 4460 and will not be doing any overclocking.

Any cheap Z97 board will do, H97 doesn't support higher than 1600 Mhz. You should get DDR3-2133/2400 though it makes a difference in open world games. If you haven't got the i5-4460 I would suggest i5-6400 with the cheapest Z170 board and DDR4-2800Mhz RAM.
