New Build help max $2500

Solution
If you ask me I would say you're wasting money if your budget is $2500 and all you're getting is a 6600K. I'm not a fan of that case either. I would do something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($379.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG A80 128.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($124.45 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($222.98 @ Newegg)

That will be a much wiser use of that money - you will get an i7, and a M2 drive.

Why do you need a Titanium rated PSU when it's $100 more? Seems like a waste of money. So is the BD-R reader and I would just flat out drop that case.

I tried to stick with the items on his list like the case and power supply so ask eddie. The cube I think is a bit over large but hey if his partner gets mad at him and throws him out he can sleep in the box, lol.
