Hey guys,

to get to the nitty gritty, I bought a new Graphics Card recently (GTX 760 4gb) and I feel as if Im not getting the best performance out of it. On my old PSU (which was a 430w Corsair) and my old GPU (GTX 660 2gb) I would get about 180-200~ frames; and with my new GPU and new-ish PSU I only avergae about 100-120 frames on CSGO. Its a 4gb 760 for crying out loud. But now that I think about it, I have came to theory (Im still a noob) that my PSU (NZXT 650w which is about 4 years old) is not giving enough power to all components. I have flashed the BIOS on my mobo to the most recent version, the GPU is pretty damn near new, drivers are up to date on Nvidia, and I dont know what else it could be besides the Power Supply.

Again, can the quality of a PSU determine the performance of a GPU?
