Solution
We already told, if the pc does not boot with cpu+cooler+onboard iGPU+ maybe one stick RAm, the problem is from either cpu or MB. And if you don't have compatible cpu or MB, this is the hardware problem, we can't help you, you have to go to local PC shop ask for help.

Aside from getting the system specs as in the post above need more details, has the system worked before or a new build? If it worked, did anything happen before the issue? If the system does nothing at all, no drive or fan activity, it's either a dead power supply or dead motherboard as the two most likely things.

Try this Bench it - Troubleshooting http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1753671/bench-troubleshooting.html
Start with cpu +cooler + onboard iGPU only, and no other hardwares, boot the PC to see what happens. 1) If the PC does not boot and no error message, there is something wrong about either MB or cpu. You need make sure the PSU is fine by paper clip method. 2) If the PC will boot, add the RAM, SSD/HHD, then r7 260x one by one, you need to reboot the pc after adding each hardware.
Paper clip to test PSU http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=63991
What model is the gigabyte odin gt PSU? It may not have enough power for the r7 260x.

Are you sure the CPU is OK since you damaged the socket? Are you testing the system with onboard video or with the Radeon video card in the system? Remove the video card if it's in and only test with onboard video. Does the system turn on at all? No display at all or can you at least see the BIOS screen? If you are sure all the connections are good for power and components, you may want to contact ASUS so they can go over checking if the motherboard is faulty or not with you.

Im not saw any display even bios screen...i plug in the dvi cable onboard and gpu also...does the asus warranty test after the mobo done repairing??

The repaired or replaced motherboard should have a warranty on that also. You should test things without the add-on video card in, just the onboard video to minimize any variables. One RAM stick, one hard drive if you have more than one, no extra video card.
