I bought a new graphic card MSI GTX 960, i had an old GTX 465. So i just swapped them and when i start my pc with new graphic card, system (windows 10) doesn't work, all i see is just a boot screen, after this i hear 3 short beeps and then black screen. But when i put my old GTX 465 back, system works fine. I tried to put a new graphic card into my friend's pc and there it perfectly worked (without deleting his graphic card drivers). My old GTX 465 was connected with two 6 pin PCI-E ports but a new graphic card has only one 8 pin PCI-E so it's connected with special adapter that was in the box with graphic card.

My pc:
PSU: Corsair tx650 (650 watt)
Ram : 8GB
Motherboard: Intel DZ77SL-50K

Solution
Then the only suggestion I have is to take his PSU and put it into your system to rule your PSU out and then look at motherboard as maybe being the issue. If it is the motherboard (not very likely) then you could try flashing the BIOS to a newer version.

The adapters, were they Molex to PCIe 8 pin or PCIe 6 pin to PCIe 8 pin? If they were the former then I recommend getting PCIe 6 pin to 8 pin adapters. Your power supply might have separate 12 volt rails.

Also you could verify that your problem is in your power supply by taking the power supply out of your friends computer and connecting it to yours. This would rule out motherboard issues.

Adapter 6 pin to 8 pin (same as in your link), when put my graphic card into my friend's pc i used same adapter as i used in my pc. Same from the box.

SOLVED!
The problem was in BIOS version, it was too old, so i updated it and everything perfectly worked!
