This MB ( Intel BLKDG43RK) does not go beyond the initial boot up screen (BIOS Setting f2/Boot Menu F10). I upgraded my old MB for more ram. The new RAM module that I installed are 4x 2GB Corsair VS2GB1333D3. Any ideas

Solution
Motherboard supports up to 8 GB of system memory using non-ECC DDR3 800, 1066, or
1333 (OC) MHz DIMMs

OC indicates overclocked. Is the system overclocked? If not, you need a slower frequency memory.

Yes it did work this way

That then suggests a potential hard disk issue rather than a RAM issue.
Try connecting all the devices again, once at a time, booting up after each reconnection. Leave the hard disk for last.

I guess the memory that I am using for some reason is not fully compatible with the MB. I also confirmed it from some other forums.I have ordered another set of memory the brand and model tested by intel ( as mentioned in their site for this MB) and will see what happens. I should get it in few days and will let you know the result. Some other people were also using the same memory with this MB and having similar issues.

Finally figured out that the memory (4x 2GB Corsair VS2GB1333D3) that I had was not compatible with this MB. I bought the exact memory that was tested by intel in their ( from their web site). Now I don't have any issues.
Thank you all for helping me out with your suggestions.
