Can my specs run the culling 60fps lowest settings?

I was wondering if my specs can run the culling on lowest settings because i really wanna buy the game. I've read some minimum requirements but they ain't always 100% accurate so i wanted to hear others opinions and maybe they have same gear.

CPU: i7-2600 4-Core 3.40GHz

GPU: GeForce GTX 550 Ti, 1VRAM

RAM: 12gigs of ram 1667mhz

Hmm. I've read somewhere a person having gtx980 and still lagging in combat because of bad optimising of the game. So i feel like just waiting untill it's out of beta and actually playable. Thanks for your response though :^)
