I am looking to upgrade my desktop to get the most gaming and computing power that I can get without upgrading my processor or anything, willing to spend $200

Here are my specs:

AMD Phenom II X2 B55 / 3 GHz (Dual core)
Graphics: Radeon HD 4200 (64 bit)
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional
Chipset:AMD 785G (AM3 Socket)
Power Supply:240 watt Max

IMO, not worth upgrading as you won't gain much for your money. You could add a video card but at the same time, you'll probably need to replace the PSU too. Since it's an OEM machine, I don't think you'll be able to do much of an upgrade regarding the CPU and the only options you have are the hard drive/SSD and video card (which would require more power). Just sell it and save some money, it really isn't worth spending on that.
