I need a PC to play games at 1080p 60fps at Ultra Settings. I will be fine not maxing out everything but I would like to play at really good settings. I also want to do a bit of streaming during the weekends and a some video editing, 1 or 2 videos per week. I would really appreciate if you guys help me choose the perfect PC for me. I have come up with these builds and I would like to find the cheapest possible combination that will get the features I want.

Can OC and put the savings into an even better GPU
