How would an Amd a8 7600 + r7 240 dual graphics perform?I

My specs:
Amd a8 7600
8gb 2400hmz ram
600w psu

I can play most games at 1080p low 30fps no problem, I'd just like a small fps increase and i found an r7 240 for $50. Could i expect atleast 40fps at my current settings in dual graphics mode?

If the games support dual graphics mode, it will help some, yes. But low end cards like that usually suffer from poor scaling resulting in lag and stutter. Better to get a single faster gfx card.

The GTX 960 would be about the fastest gfx card that CPU can handle w/o major bottle neck... if that is in your budget.
The GTX 950 is another for slightly less cash. If that is unacceptable, tell me your budget and if you are in the US.

Also, I need to know the make and model of your "600W" PSU. They aren't all created equal ;-)
