HI, I have a mate who wants to play modern games at high to max settings.

He isn't that keen into building it himself so he asked me to, so no overclocking is required as he never will get into it.

his budget is $2000 including shipping, and only in Australia, so we cant go onto newegg, etc. its PCCG or Scorptech.

So heres what i came up with, I can handle the cost for little over $2000, but no more than around $2050 please.

Thank you

EDIT:

I have changed the build slightly, swapping out the Intel i7 4790 with the Intel i5 4690, and giving him a 2TB Western Digital Black HDD and a 256GB Samsung 850 Pro.

I think you're overspending on the cooler. With no OC, even the stock cooler is fine. I'd grab something like a Hyper 212 EVO or Cryorig H7 instead of the Noctua. Otherwise, it is good!

Thank you for the help turkey. I was actually considering the same thing, however the H7 is not in stock yet and the EVO is discontinued on PCCG. Is there any other coolers you would recommend for a good price?
