How to hide the non black parts of the PSU cables?

I am getting a corsair CX500M and an NZXT S340 Black and Blue. There is room to hide the whole 24 pin cable, except the part that is attached to the mobo. it is not black, like I'd like it. Is there any way to cover the cable so it doesn't ruin the color scheme?

If you look at the psu, its a semi modular so i cant change out the cables for the 24 pin.

Its not a replacement cable if you read the title, its an extension. You hide the nasty wires while the extension is visible.

Use black heat shrink tubing.

Black marker does not hurt anything, but it is more of a dark dark purple under the right light.

Black heat shrink would look best, but you have to take each wire out to apply it.

They make a tool for this.

If you get a large enough diameter heat shrink tube you should be able to use a single tube to cover part of the connector and all of the exposed cable section.
