I have a PSU with a 8 pin plugx2 on one cable(6+2). Will this be able to run two gtx 950's from this one cable that has two (6+2) connectors on it? Or should I use molex adapters to a single 6pin . also I already have one gtx 950 so please don't say just get a single gtx 970.......please.

As long as the PSU is high enough power and quality, and there's enough length between the two plugs, you're fine.

Yes you'll be fine from a power connection point of view, However I'm going to say it, sell the first on ebay and get a 970, it'll be less hassle down the road, a lot less hassle. That's all i'm going to say on that matter.

OK I looked up the amps on my PSU and the wattage and it's all well above the requirements for the dual 950s. Also I've got an Asus aura 970 pro gaming which supports sli and crossfire so I'm good there. And on the gtx 970 guy. I'm getting the second 950 cause it's only 50$ so I would only have spent 190$ on the two 950s vs the 300 for a gtx 970
