Hello everyone,

I've been dealing with this problem for weeks now, and can't seem to find the solution.
It occurs randomly, while gaming, browsing or even without doing anything. The mouse, keyboard and every other components don't respond anymore and the PC is completely froze. I have to do a cold boot or reset it. The Windows event viewer log doesn't show anything except "unexpected shutdown".

I did many tests but none seemed to work so far :
- Updated all drivers.
- Updated Windows 10 to the last version and installed all updates.
- Checked the hard drivers for errors with sfc/scannow, Seagate Seatools, CrystalDiskInfo and HDTune. No errors found.
- Turned off unnecessary services and start programs.
- Tried in the BIOS the "Eco", "Normal" and "Optimal" performance modes.
- Did stresstests to the GPU, PSU, CPU and RAM in OCCT. No freezes, BSOD or strange temperatures.
- Tested two kits of RAM, in dual or qual channel, XMP disabled or enabled. Same result.
- Tried different SATA cables.
- Uninstalled utilities and softs like Nvidia GeForce Experience.

Because it is totally random, I have sometimes to wait hours before a new freeze occurs.
With these issues, I thought about swaping the motherboard but it didn't resolve anything.
