Our company requires the services of a level 2 technician, who can visit our client's site in Sankt Gallen's area , Switzerland on 14th march 2016. The task requires 4 to 8 hours. We'll pay him on daily wages, along with travel allowance. Please refer me suitable people located near Sankt Gallen's are Switzerland.

You do not really want to contact cisco employees. Cisco does not directly provide service to other than large enterprise customers and even then they generally bring in one of their partners. Partners are independent companies. These companies range from huge international companies to smaller local organizations. They are not cisco directly but cisco has all kinds of rules as to the standards their employees must meet.

Cisco has lists of partners on their site but this is one of the things they do have a special phone number for in most countries to get a recommendation. The partner indirectly pays for this referral service from cisco.

Although not the cheapest way to do it will be to call a larger international partner...
