hi i was using pcpartpicker and got this warning saying Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs. the CPU i am thinking on using is AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core Processor will i have any issues are they compatible
 
Solution
The MSI gaming will run any fx CPU apart from the fx 9*** 8 cores.
However due to a couple of posts on the forums lately regarding this board getting stuck in a low power state & stifling CPU performance I would honestlycsteer clear of it at the minute , while its in essence a good board & I've used it in builds in the past I think there may be a bad batch out in the wild in the us of a.

Look at a 6300 , an aftermarket cooler like the raijintek themis & the gigabyte ud3p for the motherboard.
