I come to you after i wandered and tryed all reset protocol as possible throughout the world ... I've never done this before ... But ... I can't wait anymore ... So I come on forums looking for a kind soul ...
So my problem:
My computer worked fine until now ... Then I tried to connect on the new ethernet of my apartment (in Japan) ...
And then ... This is the drama ... No More valid IP configuration on all my connections.
I'm on Windows 10.
I have three types of connections that works on my other computer:
For the three: No Valid IP configuration appears.
I tried :

Ethernet: Net Asahi Fiber Optics.
Wifi: Softbank Pocket Wifi.
Usb sharing connection: NTT Docomo on Android Huawei.
For the three: No Valid IP configuration appears.
I tried :
netsh int ipv4 install
Norton analysis
registers integrity analysis.
Uninstall all my network card drivers and reinstall them by restarting each time.
Reset my IP setting / TCPIP / Winsock / flushdns / release ipconfig / renew with all controls can be found on the net admin ...
Spend my Ip automatic search and DNS Protocol on IPV4 and IPV6
Disable my Norton firewall and windows.
Delete my winsock register 1 and 2 and restore.
Restart DHCP service.
Reset all my routers
The resolution tool for windows network problems (100 times)
Reinstall the protocol of connection C: \ Windows \ INF
Spend 2 hours with Windows 10 technical service (charming person) but could not help me ...
