Editing Build ~750$ (AE, Premiere, PS)

Since I'm not really into PC parts for editing specially, imo best place to ask for help is here :D . ( I know there is a lot of threads like this, but wanted to ask individually( I looked through a lot of threads ).

So the budget is around 750$/700€ of course the less the better, monitor is not included. PC is only for editing software like After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop.

The CPU you can afford should probably be on your radar, perhaps a 4790k. 4ghz and 8 threads.

RAM is also important, I would recommend 16GB but 8 will do if you have to.

I would not bother getting a graphics card, build a system with a good CPU and get an Nvidia GPU later when you can afford it (CUDA for premiere.)
