Hi I have a hp core i7 laptop and I have a bad unknown driver and my wifI looses connection after 10 ft how can I fix and make my pc run at its full potential again

Check for driver updates on the system from HP support site. Some background info to the issue may help also, if all this was working OK, what changed before the issues started?
