Which Mobo is better?

I've searched at least once a day for over a week now and cannot pick which motherboard for my computer build. I'm currently using an NZXT Lexa S case (which I know nothing about and am thinking about upgrading to a Phanteks Enthoo Pro unless the Lexa S is worth keeping) but back on topic, I can't decide between the Gigabyte Z97x Gaming 5/7, MSI Gaming 5/7, or the Asus Z97-A (or even the Pro if it's worth it). It will be running a an i5 4690k and I do want to overclock it. I would switch to skylake but I've heard the difference between i5 6600k and 4690k is minimal and the 4690k is still better for gaming. My question is, and I have heard that 8 phase mobos are better for OC, but which one is the best for a decent price? I really don't want to spend over $200. SLI/CF is not necessary but may be possible in the future.

Solution
Might take a look at the Asus Z97-Pro gaming, the Z97-A is a great choice also, I've done 13 builds, in a variety of configs, on it and all the clients were thrilled with it
