usb 3.0 low transfer rate problem

Hi all i recently bought a laptop that has 3 usb 3.0 ports
one of them works good but the two other has terrible transfer rate
i tried with different HDDs and USB flashes but nothing happens

Hi there amirtondari,

That is unpleasant. :(

As one of the three ports works just fine, I doubt that this is a driver related issue. Yet, it will not hurt to go to your laptop's manufacturer website and update the USB 3.0 drivers.
In case the issue persists and given the fact that the laptop is a new one, you can just contact the place where you got it from and eventually RMA it.
