i have a CiT Galaxy Evo Black Midi Tower and a gigabyte 990xa-ud3 mother board with the AMD Fx-8350 cpu with the stock cpu cooler it comes with and it runs hot and is very loud im having trouble finding a aftermarket cpu cooler that will fit my build? any help would be great

I would suggest a Hyper 212 Evo, But I don't think that would fit in the case, and I couldn't find any clearance measurements anywhere.
The CM Hyper TX3 will fit, and is going to be much better than a stock CPU cooler, especially on an AMD CPU. You can find it here:
