Need help with this mother board

This is a guest pc and i want to upgrade i'm getting a new psu 450 and i want to get EVGA GeForce GTX 960 04G-P4-3967-KR 4GB SSC graphics card for it. Idk if the mother board will work with it M3970AM-HP (Angelica2)
