Hi, im planning to upgrade my gpu from xfx gts 250 512mb to gigabyte hd 6850 1gb (gv-r685oc-1gd). Is it a good upgrade, don't tell me about all the gtx 750ti's, just tell me about this upgrade. My rig: intel i3 4170 3.7ghz,4gb ram,420w psu.

It will ne decent upgrade from 250. But FYI AMD already drop 5k and 6k series from their main driver. So if there is new game with bugs that needing driver update to fix then you will never get the fix.
