I'm just casually playing games when suddenly my game just drops down to 30 fps for no reason.

FX-6300
GTX 960
16 GB ram
1tb hard drive
gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3

I also have 5 fans.

I drop down to 30 fps when i play games like CSGO, GTA V, Call Of Duty, etc.
I usually dont get these but the drops just keep getting worse.

I only have Skype, Steam, Google Chrome, and some antivirus stuff like Malwarebytes, and Norton.
When I watch videos online, it does not stutter or anything it is smooth. When I play a game, about a minute or so after, I get FPS Drops

I really want to get this fixed as it is ruining me game time and I have trying to fix this problem for around a month now. If someone could help me that would be FANTASTIC!

The first thing that stands out is that your motherboard is not very good. it should run a FX6300 at stock speeds though. Are you trying to overclock? If you are, that's the problem and setting it back to stock speeds should help.
