Computer Case question

I was not sure if this was a good category to put it under but i have a question about my case.
Deepcool Dukase, there is a fan controller and there is a plug that i do not know where to in the motherboard. Can someone help.

THERE IS NO VOLTAGE CONTROL CONNECTOR!

Seriously dude, just read the manual. You just connect the 3 pins to your fans, and power connector to PSU, that&s it. You picked a bad case that is just as knock-offy as it's company's website. Looks ok, but when you actually try to use it you notice everything is just poorly built. If you want automatic controls, just buy a proper controller like https://www.nzxt.com/products/sentry-3

Okay so where do you plug the connector that controls the voltage.
